Util Tools PDF pages as images
A PDF is a page container, not a picture file, so this tool renders each selected page into a JPG image. That is useful when you need to drop pages into slides, chat apps, image workflows, or content systems that do not accept PDFs.
Why scale matters
Render scale controls how many pixels are used for each page. Higher values produce sharper output, especially for zoomed-in reading or printed use, but they also take longer and generate larger files. For most documents, the balanced preset is a sensible default.
Scanned PDFs and normal PDFs
Because this tool renders the page visually, it works for both text-based PDFs and scanned pages. That makes it a practical way to turn a scanned handout or contract into an image archive without needing OCR or server-side processing.
Privacy
Everything happens locally in your browser. The PDF is not uploaded anywhere, and the generated JPGs stay on your device unless you download them.
